New Client Forms

If you will be boarding with me, please complete the document below which consists of my New Client Form and Boarding Agreement. Please email the completed forms to me at jtrainingpaws@gmail.com prior to the boarding stay.
Please Note: I care for multiple dogs at a time, and my priority each day is providing quality care, supervision, and enrichment for every dog. Because of this, I‘m unable to provide daily updates. Thank you for understanding as I prioritize hands-on care and safety throughout each day. You can expect one update midway through your dog(s)' stay. In that update, I'll let you know how your pup(s) have been doing and include a few pictures.

Updates are typically sent in the evenings after 7 PM.
