New Client Forms

If you will be boarding with me, please complete the document below which consists of my New Client Form and Boarding Agreement. Please email the completed forms to me at jtrainingpaws@gmail.com prior to the boarding stay.
BOARDING UPDATES

You can expect one update midway through your dog(s)’ stay, typically sent in the evening after 7 PM. This update will include a few pictures along with a brief summary of how your pup(s) have been doing.

For example: During a 3-night stay, the update would typically be sent on the evening of the 2nd night; during a 5-night stay, it would typically be sent on the evening of the 3rd night.

As a one-woman operation, one of the benefits of boarding with me is that your dog receives consistent, hands-on care from the same person throughout their stay. It also means I’m the person behind the scenes handling every part of their day—from feeding and potty breaks to playtime, cleaning, enrichment, and supervision. With multiple dogs in my care, I intentionally keep boarding updates to one per stay so I can spend my time providing quality care rather than being on my phone throughout the day.

If I ever have a concern about your dog’s health, behavior, or well-being, I will always contact you directly. Otherwise, no news is good news! 😊 Thank you for trusting me with your pup and understanding that my priority throughout the day is the dogs in my care.
